Our integrated helpdesk system makes sure your ticket is tracked and resolved with efficiency, ease, and speed. Technical support tickets are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Please be aware that tickets are answered in the order of which they are received, and may need special attention to resolve. The average tech support ticket should be answered in less than 2 hours. The helpdesk can be found by authenticating here, and then clicking on support.

Email support is also provided, and should be used as a secondary or an escalations alternative to the helpdesk. Emails will be answered between the hours of 9am - 5pm and in the order of receipt.
