The cpanel box is up and running now. We managed to get a full back up of all the data back from the recovery service. We will be taking the box offline today and restoring all of the customer website data. We aplogize for the delay, it took a while to come back from the recovery center.

If you can not access your site or cpanel after the restoration; please email support@mammothdata.com and include the problem you are experiencing, your name, domain name, and password for conformation.

We apologize about the back up of support and will be working quickly to insure all emails are answered.
